ACE's first online edition took place took place successfully last February (16-18)
Over 1,800 meetings took place digitally by 93 buyers from all over the world and 68 sellers representing all Italy: the figures of ACE’s 22nd edition (but 1st in the digital format) speak for themselves.
We want to thank all participants for joining this event and rating it with full marks (100% for sellers; 96,10 % for buyers).
In reference with the organization, assistance, matchmaking and video-call platforms, all the sellers were satisfied and also almost all the buyers (96.2%).
As far as the business is concerned, we can say that ACE reached its goal, as all the buyers and almost all the sellers (96%) judged the contacts established as excellent or good; this makes us proud and pushes us to work harder to continue on this path, to improve and overcome this difficult moment all together.

Completion of the online registration form does not automatically guarantee you a place on the ACE Hosted Buyer Programme. You will be notified if your application is successful. All approved applicants for the ACE Hosted Buyer Programme will be asked to supply valid Credit Card details in order to pay a DEPOSIT FEE of 200 € (300 € for Extra-European Countries) that will be fully refunded after the event.
The Hosted Buyer Programme includes:
Flights to Rome FCO or CIA airports
Accommodation at Crowne Plaza Rome - St. Peter's hotel
Catering, airport and local transfers within the ACE Hosted Buyer Programme itinerary
2-days workshop with pre-scheduled and free appointments
Possibility to participate in Team Building Activities in Rome and Pre/Post tour to a chosen destination [TO BE CONFIRMED]
CANCELLATION POLICY Confirmed Hosted Buyers are obliged to fill the Credit Card Authorization Form in case of Cancellation or No Show. You can cancel your participation WITHOUT ANY FEE until the issuing of your flight ticket (the deposit will be fully returned to to your credit card). Flights will be booked and purchased by Comitel & Partners in September, ONLY AFTER YOUR CONFIRMATION of the flight plan. The deposit will be withdrawn only in case of cancellation when flights were already confirmed and tickets were purchased, or in case of no show.
