Art Cities Exchange (ACE), the most important workshop and promotional event of the Art Cities, finally comes back with its 24th edition, taking place in Rome at the Crowne Plaza Rome – St. Peter’s hotel from 17th to 20th November 2022.
After the great success of the previous editions, ACE wants to give continuity to this important project, improving and increasing the international demand, especially in the fields of MICE, luxury and leisure tourism. We expect more than 3,500 business meetings, with scheduled appointments between buyers and sellers, set by using a networking platform aiming to optimize the b2b meetings by viewing their profiles online.
During ACE you will meet more than 100 suppliers – such as tour operators, incoming travel agencies, local tourist boards, hotels, DMC – from all over Italy offering several services to international buyers …. an opportunity not to be missed!

THE NUMBER OF PLACES IS LIMITED!
Participation in ACE is free of charge, but it requires the payment of a DEPOSIT FEE OF 200 € (EU) that will be refunded cash on site. The deposit withdrawal will be done before purchasing the flight tickets. Once in Rome, after the b2b workshop, the deposit will be fully returned in cash to the participant (or to the credit card account number).
In the event of another outbreak of Covid-19, ACE could be cancelled, but all the deposits, if already taken, will be fully refunded to the participants.
DEPOSIT PAYMENT – HOW IT WORKS
Comitel will take the deposit via POS terminal: before making the payment, we will send you our best flight proposal and we will wait for your confirmation. Once you have confirmed, we will take the deposit from your credit card and then we will issue your flight ticket. NB: Payment via POS terminal is safe and quick, but if you want to pay the deposit via bank transfer, let us know and we will give you our bank details (Bank charges are at your expense).
